We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, enable core features, measure performance, and provide contextual advertising. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner and recognized opt‑out signals (see Section 8). Some third‑party cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws; we provide opt‑out mechanisms accordingly.

5) Processing grounds

Under the U.S. framework, we process data for legitimate business purposes: service delivery, security, legal compliance, and B2B marketing with opt‑out choices. Where consent is required (e.g., automated SMS/calls), we obtain it separately.

6) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, subject to legal retention periods and criteria such as: duration of the business relationship, warranty and tax obligations, and security requirements. We implement periodic deletion/aggregation schedules.

7) Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest where feasible, access controls, logging, network segmentation, backups). No method is 100% secure; we operate an incident response program and notify as required by law.
